Over the last week, iFixit has been busy tearing down the latest Apple Watch Series 5. Now, they’ve released their first ever internal and X-ray wallpapers for the Apple Watch Series 5, as well as several older models. These wallpapers are available for the 42mm and 44mm models of the Apple Watch Series 3, Series 4, and Series 5. iFixit says that if you have the smaller 38mm or 40mm models, “the internals are a tad different, but these wallpapers should still show up just fine and look realistic enough....

Hollywood’s current passion for comic book adaptations also extends to manga, as evidenced by Paramount Pictures upcoming love-action take on the classic Japanese cyberpunk tale Ghost in the Shell. Scarlett Johansson (The Avengers) stars as Major, a cyborg cop living in a futuristic vision of Hong Kong, as directed by Rupert Sanders (Snow White and the Huntsman). The film also stars Juliette Binoche, Pilou Asbæk, Takeshi Kitano, Michael Pitt and Rila Fukushima....

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint has microtransactions for pretty much everything in the game. Released to a flurry of bad reviews earlier this month, Ghost Recon Breakpoint received a low score from Screen Rant due to clunky controls and an always-online multiplayer system which appeared to do nothing but detract from the player’s overall experience and create dissonance within the game’s story, in addition to the numerous pay-over-play options the game provides....

A new update to Google Drive for iOS brings a couple notable, highly-requested features to the app. Included in the update, users will now be able to select multiple files at once in order to perform an action like saving for offline, adding a star to important files, or rearranging and organizing. Back in March, Google Play announced that it was cutting commission fees to 15% on the first $1 million in revenue from paid apps and in-app purchases (IAPs) for all Android developers. Google announced today that next year, the Play Store will only take a 15% cut on all subscriptions from day one. At the moment, the Play Store service fee drops to 15% (from 30%) if customers keep a subscription for 12 continuous months....

Google just announced a nice update for users of its Google Play Movies & TV app for iOS: the ability to download both movies and television shows for offline playback without an internet connection.
