Godzilla: King of the Monsters suggests that Ghidorah wasn’t the only dragon in Legendary’s MonsterVerse. In fact, there could actually be six of them in shared universe. At the beginning of King of the Monsters, 17 Titans were confirmed to exist in the MonsterVerse. Not all were shown, but their names were featured on a monitor screen during the movie. Five of the Titans - Godzilla, Rodan, King Ghidorah, Mothra, and King Kong - are all major players in the MonsterVerse and characters with long histories in giant monster movies....

Both performed modestly domestically, but their global totals encouraged WB to pursue further installments....

One of the Titans confirmed to exist in Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Leviathan, is connected to two legendary creatures. Much like several other Titans in the MonsterVerse, Leviathan has never made an on-screen appearance, but he did play a small part in the novelization. Godzilla: King of the Monsters reveals the existence of 17 Titans in the MonsterVerse, but only nine of them actually show themselves. Four of the Titans - Godzilla, King Ghidorah, Rodan, and Mothra - are at the center of the action....

Game of Thrones would’ve been very different if George R.R. Martin had stuck to his original plan for his A Song of Ice and Fire book series.
