M. Night Shyamalan took the stage at CinemaCon with James McAvoy, Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson, and Sarah Paulson to debut the first trailer for his new film, Glass. Glass is the follow-up film to both 2000’s Unbreakable and 2016’s Split, which tell a different kind of superhero story. Unbreakable, arguably one of the better films in Shyamalan’s catalogue, follows Bruce Willis as David Dunn, a man who realizes he has special abilities after he emerges unscathed from a horrific train accident....

A few months after its reveal at Google I/O 2021, Google started rolling out its new Android TV remote in the Google TV app last month. Now, the company is confirming plans to bring the same functionality to the Google Home app on Android and iOS devices. In a community post today, Google confirmed plans to add a remote for Google TV and Android TV devices to the Home app. This would live alongside the option in the Google TV app....

A Google Home Hub user in the Netherlands reported that their device suddenly began displaying images from unknown locations, showing people in their homes or at work. Xiaomi, the Chinese manufacturer of the device’s camera, said a recent update caused the problem where still images from other devices were shared with strangers. M. Night Shyamalan’s Glass won the box office for the third straight weekend, but this was the worst overall Super Bowl frame since 2000. After the glut of holiday releases in December, things considerably slowed down at the multiplex - as per usual. One exception was Glass, which essentially was 2019’s first real “event” film. Google today has released a nice update to Google Maps for iOS users.
