The full trailer makes it pretty clear what’s going on, and it also shows just how big of an adventure lies ahead for viewers. One of the more surprising things is just how significant a part Hamm plays as the Archangel Gabriel. And although you don’t get to hear them, the characters voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch and Brian Cox — Satan and Death, respectively — both make an appearance.
