How to Get All Outfits in Ghostwire: Tokyo
There are four ways to obtain new outfits in Ghostwire: Tokyo:
Complete story missions. Complete side quests. Complete Relic-Hunting Nekomata requests. Purchase pieces from Relic-Hunting Nekomata.
As their name suggests, Relic-Hunting Nekomata requests require you to hunt down various Relics those Nekomata are after. Alongside nabbing some outfit pieces for your collection, you’ll also get a reward in Meika for tracking down each Relic location.

Fallout 4 Vault Suit: Complete The Crimson Moon side quest. Officer: Complete the Little Girl Lost side quest. Taiko Drummer: Complete the After the End III side quest (you may need to fast travel around some for this to appear). Biker (No Helmet): Complete Chapter 5 of the story. Tanuki: Complete the Boss Tanuki sidequest after finding all Tanuki locations.
